Fifteen checks against a public offer URL: does the domain really resolve, does the page load for an anonymous visitor, is a price visible, does a checkout link resolve, is the rail in live mode rather than test mode, does the page a prover sees match the page a buyer sees. Every answer carries its evidence, and a permanent record it can be cited from.

A spec and a signed mandate in, a proven money path out. Every rung ends PROVEN before the next starts, and the human appears only at identity, money and law, inside the vendors' own forms.
Three of its six beats run today. LOOK reads the spec, CHOOSE names the single next thing it needs from you, and COST prints every human gate, what it costs and how many minutes it takes, before anything is written anywhere. The run stops at the first gate, because an agent may not pass one.
What it will not do
- It never buys anything, enters a card, or types anyone's identity.
- It never fetches a hosted checkout on a rail whose terms bar it, and says so in the record instead of guessing.
- It never reports PROVEN over something it could not observe. NOT CHECKED with the reason named is the honest answer, and it is used often.
