Last updated 2026-09-25. These are the terms for using the Fledgify proof service at proof.fledgify.com. They are short because the service is small and does little to you.

What the service does

You give it a public URL. It fetches that URL and related public records (DNS, RDAP, the page itself, pages the page links to) from Cloudflare's network, and returns what it observed. It is free, and it is offered as is, with no warranty of any kind.

What a proof means, and what it does not

A proof attests to what was observed, at a time, from a vantage. It never attests to a seller's honesty, solvency, or future behaviour. A result of PROVEN means one specific thing was observed to be true at one moment from one network. It is not an endorsement, a certification, or advice. NOT CHECKED means the service could not observe something, and the reason is always named.

Do not rely on a proof as the only basis for a decision involving money.

What you may not do with it

Do not point it at a host you do not own or have permission to test. It is rate limited, and those limits exist to protect the sites it is pointed at, not to protect this service.

Refunds

Nothing on this site is for sale, so there is nothing to refund. The proof service is free. If that changes, this page will carry a real refund policy before any payment is ever taken, and not after.
